Driven by Stuart Duncan of the Bristol SMEE. The locomotive was designed and built by Percy Wood, a well-known IMLEC competitor. The Loco was named "the Percy". It has two cylinders rather than the three of the prototype. Stuart fitted steel tyres to the drivers so that the loco can "keep its feet" more readily. The tender is unpainted as Stuart believes in reducing weight in front of the drawbar. (That is the latest excuse!)
