A Ryder-Ericsson Hot Air Engine

This engine was built using castings and drawings supplied by Myers Engine Works based in the USA.( www. myersengine.com).

It is a ¼ scale model of a product produced in the late 1880s and early 1900 by the Rider–Ericsson factory of Walden, New York. They were widely used for water pumping throughout America.
